Weekly Meditation Program

Come and experience peace in yourself!

Meditation is a way to know the mind, to cultivate the mind, and to free the mind. It is a practice to relieve stress, to achieve happiness.

In our weekly meditation program, we practice sitting, walking meditation and relaxation exercise. The program is concluded by a brief discussion.   Our vision is to offer our peaceful settings to organize a meditation group to support one another in the practice. All programs are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.  Open to the public.  The cost is subject to free donation. We suggest $5.00/person for each program to help us to cover our cost to carry on our service.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing that is suitable for sitting.
